The “Simulation forbidden” error message means that you have indicated in your online store that you want to test, but have not indicated this in the Sisow account. To carry out test transactions, you must enable the “Allow testing by using a simulator” option. You will find it under “My profile” on the “Advanced” tab. If you want the online store to be in live mode immediately, you must disable the test mode in your online store environment. Do not forget to disable both test modes when you have finished testing.
