A licence from the Dutch central bank (DNB, De Nederlandsche Bank)

Anyone who supplies payment services in the Netherlands (payment institution) must have a licence from the Dutch central bank (DNB, De Nederlandsche Bank) or must have been given an exemption from the duty of holding a licence. Unless a legal exemption from the licence obligation applies, payment activities may only be started after a licence has been granted or after registering in the register as an exempted payment service provider. For its activities as a payment institution, Sisow has been granted a licence from the Dutch central bank (DNB, De Nederlandsche Bank).
